Product Marketing Manager

We seek a dynamic, self-directed, and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution of our logistics product portfolio. This role is critical in positioning our offerings effectively in the market, driving demand, and enabling sales with impactful campaigns, content, and customer experiences. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B marketing, strong collaboration skills, high standards, and a track record of connecting customers' needs and translating product value into market success.
You will be involved in developing data-driven, insights-led campaign plans, working with a wide cross-functional team across Sales, Products in the Region, and Global Marketing. In close cooperation with the local markets and global team, you will pilot, implement, and scale campaigns across the region, ensuring work towards shared objectives and delivering upon targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define a product marketing strategy for the assigned products aligned with business priorities.
- Translate market insights and customer needs into actionable marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute product marketing campaigns considering the different maturity levels of the solutions in our portfolio and focusing on various stages of the customer journey.
- Work closely with the broader marketing team (events, digital, vertical, brand) to integrate product messaging across all campaigns.
- Create engaging and relevant content across various platforms, including website, social media, and email.
- Develop and manage compelling marketing content such as virtual events, webinars, landing pages, videos, customer stories, and articles.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to campaign performance, lead generation and pipeline impact.
- Prepare and present regular reports detailing campaign performance, highlighting successes, and recommending improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a focus on logistics, supply chain, transportation, or technology
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful product marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
