Job Description

About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Data & Performance Manager to play a critical role in how we measure, optimize, and scale our global marketing efforts.

This role sits at the intersection of paid media, data, and marketing technology, ensuring that our tracking, measurement including attribution models, and reporting foundations are robust, accurate, and actionable.

You’ll be the go-to expert when it comes to how data flows across platforms, how performance is measured, and why the numbers sometimes don’t match.

But beyond that, this role is a key driver of our next-generation marketing capabilities. You will play a central role in shaping our Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), while also leading the development of AI-driven products that fundamentally enhance how we target, optimize, and scale marketing efficiency. This is an opportunity to help define how AI is applied within marketing at scale, turning data into smarter, faster, and more effective decision-making.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Tracking and measurement across paid media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360, etc)
  • Ensuring we have the right pixel implementation, event taxonomy, and consent-aware tracking
  • Acting as subject-matter expert on GA4
  • Driving data quality, validating and explaining data discrepancies across platforms, analytics tools, and CRM
  • Partnering with analytics and engineering teams on data extraction and reporting
  • Supporting audience strategy and activation logic
  • Shaping and evolving our MMM and MTA pilots, ensuring robust attribution and investment decisioning
  • Driving the development and application of AI-driven solutions to enhance targeting, optimization, and overall marketing efficiency

What we expect from you

  • Deep understanding of the entire google marketing platform as well as other paid media platforms, such as Meta and LinkedIn, and the Chinese ecosystem, such as WeChat, combined with strong audience strategy expertise. AdOps experience would be an advantage.
  • Advanced expertise in GA4, including pixel implementation, Google Tag Manager, and exposure to server-side tracking concepts
  • Strong knowledge of attribution methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and incrementality testing, with an understanding of how consent and privacy regulations impact data collection and measurement
  • Ability to validate, reconcile, and ensure data accuracy across platforms, while confidently challenging assumptions around data integrity and quality
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable business insights
  • Interest in AI-driven analytics and automation, with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve reporting, insights generation, and campaign optimization.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Salesforce (or other CRM platforms), and Funnel.io or similar data integration and reporting tools would be an advantage

Why join us

Be part of a large-scale, global marketing community where your work truly matters. Help shape how data drives smarter decisions across the business, influencing real outcomes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and thrive in an environment that values clarity, continuous improvement, and meaningful impact.
