Are you passionate about enabling great People experiences and driving impactful change across diverse markets?

We are looking for an Implementation Partner to join our Frontline People Organisation (FLPO), where you will play a key role in deploying and embedding global People Solutions across Europe and IMEA.

This is a regional role, based full‑time at our warehouse just outside Warsaw in Poland, with a hybrid working arrangement. While the position is located in Poland, the scope spans both Europe and IMEA. Occasional travel (typically 1-2 trips per year outside the immediate area) may be required.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of Maersk’s operational excellence journey - strengthening leadership capability, supporting regional adoption of global solutions, and ensuring our frontline teams are ready for the future.

We Offer

At Maersk, you will join a truly global organisation with a strong purpose, a people‑centric culture, and a commitment to developing talent. You will be part of an international network that values curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement - and where your work will have a visible impact on thousands of frontline colleagues across Europe and IMEA.

In this role, you will:

  • Shape regional People initiatives by partnering across Europe and IMEA with People Partners, PF Leads, Site Leaders and global solution owners
  • Drive meaningful capability building and change, directly supporting frontline leaders and influencing operational excellence
  • Work in a flexible hybrid setup, combining the benefits of collaboration on site with the autonomy of remote work
  • Develop your expertise in talent, performance and change management in a dynamic, supportive and highly collaborative environment
  • Lead the adoption of global People Solutions in diverse, fast‑moving markets - and see the real impact of your work on leadership capability and employee experience
  • Collaborate across multiple time zones, building strong cross‑regional relationships and enhancing your international stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Change Implementation

  • Lead end‑to‑end deployment of global People Solutions and capability‑building initiatives
  • Manage deployment plans, communications, readiness checks and risk assessments
  • Adapt global materials to match regional and local needs across Europe and IMEA

Regional Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong partnerships with People Partners, PF Leads, Site Leaders and operational stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with global solution owners and provide regional insights
  • Ensure governance, alignment and consistent execution across all markets

Talent, Performance & Engagement Delivery

  • Support the full performance cycle
  • Facilitate capability uplift for People Partners and frontline leaders
  • Coordinate and quality‑check talent data and dashboards to support decision making

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Gather and consolidate regional data to assess adoption, readiness and risk areas
  • Translate insights into clear, practical recommendations

Project Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Apply structured project management practices to all deployments
  • Identify opportunities for simplification and improved sustainability of solutions
  • Represent regional needs in the design and development of new People Solutions

On‑Site Enablement

  • Provide targeted on‑site support when needed, including stakeholder engagement, training and alignment sessions (primarily in Poland, but occasionally across Europe and IMEA)

Who We Are Looking For

You are an engaged, structured and collaborative People professional who thrives in a global, matrixed environment.

Must have

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate meaningful insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management across cultures and countries
  • Solid project and change management experience
  • Experience with Talent Management / Talent Development
  • Strong communication, facilitation and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Structured working style with the ability to simplify complexity
  • Operational understanding and comfort working closely with frontline environments

Preferred

  • Experience supporting Europe and/or IMEA
  • Background in HR deployment, capability building or People Solutions
  • Experience in frontline or operational environments

You naturally live by Maersk core values - demonstrating constant care, humility, uprightness, and a strong focus on people and our name.
