Key Responsibilities

Global APMT Reporting & Data Integrity

  • Support monthly and quarterly global APMT People reporting cycles
  • Validate and reconcile headcount, attrition, absence, and case data across systems
  • Ensure data accuracy in Workday and reporting dashboards
  • Identify data gaps and inconsistencies and coordinate corrections
  • Support reporting automation and standardisation initiatives
  • Provide structured insights to support People decision-making

Employee Experience & Advisory Support

  • Manage employee lifecycle cases across multiple regions (hire-to-retire)
  • Provide policy and process guidance to employees and managers
  • Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality case resolution
  • Identify recurring themes impacting employee experience
  • Proactively suggest improvements to reduce friction and inefficiencies
  • Maintain knowledge base and process documentation

Shared Services & HUB Excellence

  • Operate within a Lisbon-based global HUB supporting multiple regions
  • Drive standardisation of processes and documentation
  • Participate in governance reviews and operational performance meetings
  • Contribute to service optimisation and simplification initiatives

Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Projects

  • Support implementation of regional and global People initiatives
  • Participate in transformation and migration projects into the HUB
  • Partner with People Partners, Payroll, Rewards, TA, and HR Technology
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives
  • Support system enhancements and process digitalisation efforts

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Necessary to perform the requirements of the position:

  • 3+ years’ experience in HR Operations / Shared Services / People Advisory
  • Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience supporting global reporting cycles is a strong advantage
  • Advanced Excel / reporting capability; dashboard experience preferred
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
  • Strong analytical and data validation skills
  • High attention to detail and structured working style
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple regions and time zones
  • Continuous improvement mindset. Exceptional stakeholder management, influence without authority and conflict resolution
