In this role, you will engage with diverse stakeholders and apply your HR expertise to advise and support leaders across a wide range of people matters and policies.

This position covers the Central South Area across the assigned businesses and reports to the Area Head of People Function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HRBPs, Site Operations, and Advisory Teams to execute the People Strategy.
  • Deliver our HR service model by collaborating closely with People Advisory and Centers of Excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and act as their primary HR advisor and sparring partner.
  • Lead the local execution of the annual HR Cycle (performance, compensation, succession, development).
  • Resolve employee relations matters and guide leaders on HR policies and practices.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local labor law to ensure full compliance.
  • Use real‑time people insights to identify opportunities and support leaders in taking action.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for leaders and employees across key HR topics.
  • Support on‑site recruitment activities and coordinate employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, training, etc.).
  • Participate in global mobility processes as required.

Who We Are Looking For

To thrive in this role, you are a genuine people‑centred professional who enjoys variety and fast‑paced environments where no two days are the same.

You bring:

  • Solid HR management experience preferably in a logistics or similar operational environment.
  • A business‑oriented mindset and demonstrated ability to partner with leaders to drive results.
  • Advanced knowledge of local labor legislation; experience in unionized settings is a plus.
  • Experience developing, safeguarding, and interpreting HR policies and processes.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor across a broad range of HR topics.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Strong change management, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • High ownership, autonomy, and a collaborative approach to problem‑solving.
  • Strong grounding in HR fundamentals: recruitment, performance, engagement, compensation, development, T&D, and employee relations.
  • Flexibility and resilience to deliver in a dynamic, high‑change environment.
  • A self‑driven, energetic, and solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English.
