We are looking for an experienced HR Solutions Manager to join our global team and play a key role in shaping and enhancing solutions within Talent Management and our Talent Marketplace. What will be your key responsibilities?
Act as a subject matter expert for Talent Management and our Talent Marketplace platform, Eightfold, including system configuration, process administration, and troubleshooting.
Translate business needs into system requirements and design scalable, user‑centric HR technology solutions.
Manage and maintain system configuration, reporting structures, and calculated fields.
Lead or support integration activities, ensuring data accuracy and resolving system errors.
Partner with GPOs, COEs, and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and adoption of global standards.
Identify process inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and support automation initiatives.
Manage and contribute to HR technology projects using agile methodologies, including testing and documentation.
Act as an escalation point for system and process issues, providing expert guidance and support for key Talent Management cycles.
What are we looking for?
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience working with HR systems (HRIS/HCM), ideally involving solution design, configuration, or systems administration.
2+ years of experience with Workday business processes, configuration, and reporting (preferred, but not strictly required).
Strong technical aptitude and ease navigating complex systems (we do not require experience with our specific tools, what matters is your ability to learn them).
High level of independence and confidence in decision-making (“standing alone”).
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance diverse business needs.
A process-oriented mindset and a passion for improving and simplifying how things work.
