The Role
The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for leading a team of business analysts on a customer projects in identifying business needs, analysing processes, and implementing solutions that align with the our customers strategic goals. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analysis, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the business analysis team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of business requirements, ensuring alignment with our customers objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions that improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive profitability.
- Review and approve business analysis documentation, including business cases, requirements specifications, and process flows.
- Facilitate communication between business analysts, and key stakeholders to ensure that project goals and timelines are met.
- Develop and implement best practices, standards, and methodologies for business analysis
- Monitor and report on team performance, project progress, and the impact of implemented solutions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data analysis and process improvement techniques.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification would be a bonus
- Experience in a specific industry in airlines would be a bonus.
