Purpose of the Role
You’ll work closely with the wider Distribution team, Portfolio Underwriting team and Portfolio Management team and be the key driver in the execution of Ki’s underwriting and distribution strategy, converting renewal and new opportunities and increasing Ki’s market presence and reputation as the market-leading Lloyd’s digital syndicate.
You’ll be responsible for taking the lead within the Account Management team to establish the Account Management function at Ki and embed value added service to our partner brokers. This includes helping to define the target operating model of the Account Management team and assist in building new processes and protocols that enhance the team’s ability to drive a profitable portfolio of business into the algorithm. Furthermore take the lead in the onboarding of new colleagues into the Account Management team, ensuring they are set up for success.
