Talent Acquisition Partner – Financial Services


Salary:
up to 40k basic, 10% annual bonus Hybrid role: 3 days onsite in Paddington (Tuesday is an anchor day)

What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Partner with this client?
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, the primary purpose of your role will be to contribute to the successful delivery of your Partnership. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle across your portfolio of assigned roles. You will be required to meet and exceed agreed hiring SLAs and objectives. On occasion, there may be some execution of project work and improvement projects depending on workload and skill level.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

  • Owning and managing roles end to end with the support of the centre of excellence, where relevant
  • Using innovative techniques to attract and deliver outstanding candidates
  • Managing interview and offer stages, mitigating risks, to achieve strong conversion rates
  • Meeting and exceeding all objectives (working towards SLAs / KPIs)

Process Management

  • Overseeing the quality of the work of any Centre of Excellence support you’re receiving
  • Utilising research and expertise to ensure the agreed hiring process is market-leading
  • Taking control of recruitment processes and proactively managing expectations
  • Handling a volume of roles, planning and effectively prioritising requirements

Stakeholder Management

  • Providing a world-class experience to all stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Delivering market and talent insights to hiring managers
  • Making innovative suggestions to improve your client's Talent Acquisition function and support relevant improvement elements as directed by your Client Services Director

Who are you?

  • An accomplished recruiter with a proven pedigree of meeting and exceeding targets and expectations
  • You have a strong background in recruiting within the financial services, banking, legal, or consulting space
  • A strong client stakeholder manager who can quickly build relationships with everyone you work with
  • You can adapt your interpersonal style to establish effective relationships with different personality styles
  • You have excellent recruitment fundamentals, with the ability to lead roles from end to end
  • You are organized and tech-savvy, with impeccable action follow-through and process control
  • You can learn & adapt to new roles and industries
  • You are starting to develop an ability to interpret reports and deliver Talent Intelligence insight
  • You can quickly develop deep industry-specific knowledge or a strong generalist understanding across multiple sectors and roles.
  • You have a high attention to detail ensuring ATS and any related sheets etc are always accurate and kept to a high standard
