Salary:
Up to £35k basic and 10% annual bonus Location: London: 1-2 days a week on-site

Position Overview:
This year marks a transformative period for our business as we pursue our ambitious 2027 objectives. The Operations Function, a newly formed team, is dedicated to driving the business to be as tech-enabled as possible, which is essential for realising these goals. Our focus includes implementing CRM technology, AI tools, and crafting a technology roadmap. Process optimisation and efficiency is also a core part of how this team will drive transformation. This pivotal role empowers individuals to take on varying degrees of responsibility to accelerate personal development, bolstered by guidance from the Operations Director and a robust learning and development framework.

We are in search of a highly motivated and driven Associate Project Manager to join our team. This position presents an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals aspiring to venture into project management. As our Associate Project Manager, you will assist in planning, executing, and delivering diverse projects across our organisation, collaborating closely with the Operations Director and colleagues from different departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation of the CRM system, including documentation of operating procedures and supporting training teams on new ways of working.
  • Working closely with Delivery Teams to support a roll out of an MVP solution to our clients.
  • Collaborating across the business to map out the full process architecture that supports the new vision.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables and tracking milestones.
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities.
  • Support Transformation workshops and documentation of the follow up activity.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives and decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the Operations Team projects and goal tracking.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or related field.
  • Hunger to learn fast and try new things, not put off by a culture of feedback.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven organisational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Awareness or Proficiency in project management methodology.
  • Previous internship or work experience in project management or related field is desirable but not required.
  • Lean-six-sigma or process improvement awareness is desirable but not required.
  • AI / Automation tool experience or keen interest is desirable.
  • Process mapping experience in Lucid chart or other related tools is desirable.
