The role

Huel is changing the way people eat, and our Influencer & Partnerships Team is a big part of building the brand and driving our growth. We're getting ready to scale up in a big way, and we’re on the lookout for smart, bold people to come along for the ride.

We’re on the lookout for a new Junior Influencer Manager (Growth Marketing) to help supercharge our global influencer and podcast marketing efforts. This person will take full operational ownership of our YouTube and Instagram channels, driving influencer performance, managing day-to-day activities, and keeping a close eye on budget allocation and performance. Here's an insight into your day-to-day :

  • Own and shape the strategy for one or more of our influencer channels (e.g. podcast or influencer marketing for YouTube and Instagram): You’ll be both the strategist and the executor — expected to bring new ideas to the table and help drive the direction of the channel.
  • Scale our global influencer and podcast marketing efforts: Take full ownership of the execution and performance of your channel, working with budgets and performance data to find innovative ways to grow.
  • Customer acquisition: Help us acquire new customers at efficient CPA levels, while also keeping an eye on customer lifetime value and profitability.
  • Performance tracking & analysis: Use data to inform decisions, identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimise campaigns. Lead deep dive analysis into creator performance and compile learnings with your team to define areas of focus.
  • Relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, networks, agencies, and podcast partners.
  • Campaign execution: Own the day-to-day — from negotiations and contracting to briefing, gifting and performance reporting.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, and maximise the impact of influencer-led content.

What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in podcast, YouTube, influencer, or growth marketing — ideally in a brand or agency setting. We’re also open to candidates with a background in performance marketing who are passionate about influencer marketing. You’ll also need:

  • A strong grasp of performance marketing metrics (CPM, CAC, CPA, CTR, AOV) and experience translating data into actionable insights.
  • Have hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns, ideally within an in-house team structure.
  • To be a strategic, creative thinker with a growth mindset focused on ROI, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Has a solid grasp of the creator economy, with awareness of trends, best practices, and platform dynamics.
  • To be a clear communicator with confidence in influencer negotiations. This is going to be an essential for the role, along with experience in budget tracking and optimisation, even if not the final budget owner.
