Personal Assistant to the Management Team

Salary: £38,000-£42,000 plus benefits listed below

Function: Head Office

Location: London

Contract: Fixed-term (until end of December 2026)

Closing date: 17th April 2026

Please note, that we may close vacancies early when we receive significant numbers of applications, so don’t delay!

As the UK’s leading beer, cider and pub business, we’re home to some of the world’s best-loved beers and ciders, and a leading player in the international drinks industry.

We’re the name behind a host of brilliant brands, from Inch’s to Birra Moretti and many more. And with around 2,400 pubs to our name in the UK, our Star Pubs business is all about putting pubs at the centre of community life.

But we’re more than great beers and ciders. We’re a place where passion meets purpose, careers are built as carefully as our brews, and enjoyment of life is part of the job.

We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to join our London office, providing dedicated support to our UK Management Team. This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of our business.

About The Role

You will provide comprehensive PA support to multiple members of the UK Management Team. This means working across several diaries, coordinating competing priorities, and keeping things running smoothly at senior level.

You’ll be a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion and building strong working relationships across the business and beyond.

No two days will look the same. One moment you’ll be coordinating a complex set of meetings across multiple diaries, the next you’ll be organising travel logistics or supporting the delivery of a leadership event.

Key Accountabilities

  • Diary management for multiple MT members, proactively ensuring productive use of time, prioritising meetings, and sensitively resolving conflicts across schedules
  • Travel management, including accommodation and itinerary arrangements
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings, offsites and events
  • Preparation of documents, reports and presentation materials
  • Screening and managing correspondence, dealing with routine matters and flagging items that need urgent attention
  • Administration of expenses, invoices and budget tracking
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, their assistants, and external contacts to support effective communication
  • Providing support and coordination across the wider PA team

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is energised by supporting multiple senior leaders at once.

If you have:

  • Previous experience providing PA or EA support at a senior or executive level
  • Experience managing multiple diaries and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to work alongside senior stakeholders
  • A professional approach with a track record of handling confidential information
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and comfort with ambiguity

Then this could be the role for you!
