POSITION: Permanent, Full time

LOCATION: Fully remote with occasional travel in the UK

SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000 base salary + High-Earning Commission Structure (OTE exceeding £25,000 on top of base salary - Uncapped)

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week (9am-5pm) but eventually moving to shifts (8am-8pm)

OUR TEAM

The Growth team is a critical and strategic unit within Melios, solely dedicated to winning and fostering new and existing business through private access to care. Our goal is to maximise revenue and ensure the sustainable provision of quality care for young children and adults, employers and other private health providers.

This is a very exciting time at Melios as we are launching a new direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales team to drive growth of our comprehensive clinical ADHD and autism assessments, as well as post-assessment support packages.

Perfect for a driven sales professional to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients, the right candidate will have a relentless attitude towards helping drive sales and exceeding targets.

This is a growing team with plenty of scope for progression, however it is important that the ideal candidate is extremely driven, shares our vision and wants to make a difference today.

YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Achieving daily KPI expectations
  • Conversion rate tracking
  • CRM and consumer pipeline management

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Driving sales conversion: First point of contact for prospective clients who have expressed interest in Melios services, engaging with high-quality marketing generated leads, identifying their needs and closing with confidence.
  • Ongoing Account Management : Supporting BDD with generating reports and attending F2F client visits of our B2B customers.
  • Manage the consumer baseline: Nurture leads, track progress by proactively following up and keeping leads engaged with the service and refine strategies based on data driven insights.
  • Needs to value based sales discovery: Matching our comprehensive clinical ADHD and autism assessments, as well as post-assessment support packages with the specific needs of our clients to close.
  • Tailor the conversation: Discuss each individual's unique circumstances, demonstrating empathy, and showing how Melios can provide the best solution for their needs
  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with a wider cross functional team to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to service.
  • Results oriented mindset: Celebrate wins, embrace challenges and enjoy the continuous challenge of improving sales performance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Strong experience in sales, demonstrating success in service based or healthcare sales
  • Sales and negotiation skills with experience on closing sales via phone and video call.
  • Target driven with proven track record of lead follow up and conversion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport and establishing trust.
  • Ability to actively listen to customers and empathise, understanding their needs and concerns, demonstrating a genuine desire to help.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all inquiries are followed up in a timely manner. - we provide comprehensive training to all team members.
  • Well-developed skills in utilising CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • A self-motivated and adaptable mindset. You excel in a remote environment, managing your time, prioritising tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced setting.

SAFER RECRUITMENT & PRE- EMPLOYMENT CHECKS

As part of our pre-employment checks, all employees of Healios will be asked to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Dependent on your role within the business, this will either be an Enhanced or Basic. A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check will be required. You will also be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.
