Why this job matters

This role involves managing relationships with approximately 80 customers from a desk-based environment, aiming to meet a revenue target of several million pounds.

Ensuring customer satisfaction is crucial, whether you work with clients individually from your desk or as part of a larger account team.

What you’ll be doing

• Achieve revenue targets individually or as part of a virtual sales team for private or public sector customers.

• Conduct outbound sales prospecting, regularly call customers, and promote BT products and services.

• Collaborate with field sales and specialist teams to create opportunities for BT products.

• Accurately forecast business KPIs to management.

• Proactively manage churn risk for BT products.

• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities.

• Recognise and act on business growth opportunities through multiple channels.

• Close contracts and collaborate with specialists to meet customer needs (e.g., Field Account Management, Contract Management).

• Serve as the desk-based contact, developing long-term relationships with customers/partners.

The skills you’ll need

• Drive BT business growth by closing contracts, either individually or as part of an account team.

• Identify and act on business growth opportunities through multiple channels.

• Achieve revenue targets independently and collaborate with specialists to meet customer needs.

Our working model

BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
