International demand for solo travel is starting to boom once again – and Flash Pack is here to lead the charge of a growing global movement. To fulfill this mission, we’re expanding our team with some of the best talent around.

The Role:

Flash Pack is searching for a Director of Growth Marketing to play a crucial role in our success story and support the team in driving 100% booking growth in 2024.

Reporting into our CMO, Lee Thompson, we’re looking for a commercially minded, results oriented leader who is passionate about driving growth and playing a key role in Flash Pack’s journey.

You will scale Flash Pack's customer base in the US as well as key global markets, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and shape the future of our brand.

Results You'll Influence:

  • Expand Flash Pack’s market presence and customer base in the US.

  • Channel Optimization: Oversee both paid and organic growth marketing channels, optimizing performance to maximize user acquisition while staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Implement rigorous data analysis to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Test and evaluate innovative marketing approaches to reach and engage the US market effectively.

  • Continue to drive a culture of rapid experimentation to reach and engage our market effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with the tech team to understand attribution ensuring accurate tracking and measurement of marketing efforts.

  • Manage and lead a high-performance marketing team, providing strategic direction, mentorship and guidance, and fostering a culture of growth, humility, and adventure.

  • Proven success in leading growth marketing in a fast-paced (series A → B) startup B2C environment.

  • Strong management experience with a proven track record of results driven leadership.

  • Track record of developing and implementing successful acquisition and growth strategies.

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing channels including paid search, paid social, SEO and email marketing

  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions, including the growth tech team, product, sales, finance, and data.

What else?

Initially you will be managing a talented team including a Senior paid media lead and Email Marketing Manager but we are looking to add key hires to this including an SEO lead once you join us. You’ll be collaborating with our CMO who will manage the brand and content function of the team.

Hours: This role is Monday to Friday but you will be liaising with US & UK office regularly so you should be happy working odd hours when necessary.

Salary: The base salary range for this role is between $170 - 210,000 depending on experience. We also offer stock options after your first year with the company.

Location: You will be based in New York, or commutable distance but the role can mostly be done remotely.
