Job Description

THE ROLE Off-white is looking for a Technical Product Intern to join the woman rtw Product Development team. You will respond to the Product Manager Womenswear and support in all operational day to day activities related to different areas, such as: sample management, internal logistics and office management. WHAT YOU’LL DO · Data entry in the management system (create codes, samples order etc)· Support PD team in the maintenance of Master Data and Technical Sheets· Support PD team preparing files and needed materials for the collection development (collection grid, line sheets etc)· Support B2B shooting· Manage shipments: prototypes, samples and collection materials· Support PM In the invoices management WHO YOU ARE · Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office particularly Excel· Good knowledge and use of Adobe Suite particularly Illustrator· Fluent in English both written and spoken, this will be tested in the interview process· Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work well in a team· Flexible, well organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines· Quick learner with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced everchanging environment
