Revenue Enablement Executive

Employment type:  Full time
Salary:  circa £23,000

Remote-first – with office for co-working

Fully flexible hours

Job Description

We are seeking a Revenue Enablement Executive to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a newly created role and a great opportunity for someone who is either starting out in their early career path or someone who is already established in the workplace and is looking for a new challenge. As this is a newly created role - its a chance for the successful candidate to really shape the role from day one.

You will be willing to learn and get stuck into a varied role which will include working with many teams across the business, building a breadth of useful knowledge that will support your career development. The ideal candidate will play a supporting role compiling resources, data and reports, and leveraging technology to help us enhance overall revenue performance.

Location: We perform at our best when we feel trusted and are able to choose an approach to working that suits us best, which is why we are a remote-first company. However, we also believe in face to face collaboration, and our UK colleagues meet once a month for team time and quarterly for company get togethers in our Leeds office, so we ask that you be within a commutable distance that you are comfortable with in order to attend the office on those occasions.

Please note - Applicants must be authorized to work in the UK without restrictions or sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Day to day we’ll trust you to:

  • Support the Revenue Enablement team to drive projects forward and deliver initiatives.
  • Use and optimize technologies, tools, and platforms that support revenue enablement.
  • Maintain our sales enablement platform and working with content contributors to ensure content is up to date and relevant.
  • Support with the creation of, and ongoing maintenance of, a suite of reports to measure the success of the Revenue Enablement team’s initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally and in collaboration with sales, marketing, product and customer facing teams to drive engagement with an aligned approach to predictable revenue generation.
  • Support with the maintenance and ongoing developments of the end-to-end processes across the revenue workflow (from lead generation to payment).
  • Promote a customer-centric culture throughout the organization, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Work on other administrative tasks as required.

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience in a similar role 1+ years. This is preferred but not essential for someone who demonstrates the right attitude at interview.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer-oriented processes.
  • Experience of sales enablement tools such as Seismic would be advantageous but not essential for this role as full training will be provided.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
