Job Description

Senior Marketing Manager (Media & Campaigns) — Belgium

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drive everything we do. Our Marketing team sits at the heart of Deliveroo’s operations—shaping how we connect with consumers through data-driven storytelling and high-impact media strategies. If you are an entrepreneurial brand builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses a deep passion for creative campaigns, this is the team for you.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead media and campaigns in Belgium. Based in our Brussels office and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel strategies that drive growth and top-of-mind awareness across the Belgian market.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will act as the primary architect for our Belgian media presence, balancing strategic "big thinking" with meticulous execution and partner management.

  • Integrated Campaign Development: Identify sharp consumer and market insights to fuel the ideation and execution of standout integrated campaigns. You’ll define objectives and key messages that resonate with the Belgian audience.

  • Media Strategy & Execution: Manage our external media agency to plan and deliver robust media mixes. You will identify the most relevant channels to drive growth, tailoring strategies locally to leverage our diverse restaurant base.

  • Creative Leadership: Work closely with our internal creative studio and external agency partners to guide campaigns from brief creation through to launch across all marketing channels.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Acquire and manage a strategic partnership roadmap designed to increase new customer acquisition and maintain brand relevance.

  • Analytical Measurement: Partner with Business and Consumer Insights teams to develop effectiveness evaluations, ensuring every campaign is measured against rigorous KPIs.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, CRM, and PR teams to ensure a unified and optimum consumer experience.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who enjoys the ambiguity of a rapidly evolving tech landscape:

  • Experience: 5+ years of marketing or agency experience, specifically running insight-led campaigns with significant media budget responsibility.

  • Linguistic Mastery: You must be a strong bilingual candidate in English and French OR English and Dutch. Trilingual proficiency (EN+FR+NL) is highly ideal.

  • Execution Focus: Skilled at planning and prioritizing simultaneous projects, focusing on high-impact activities to keep complicated workflows moving forward.

  • Problem Solving: An analytical and creative thinker who can solve complex business challenges through innovative marketing solutions.

  • Agency Management: Proven track record in managing external agencies and navigating internal stakeholder relationships effectively.

Why Join Us?

At Deliveroo, you’ll solve real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving. Working here you can expect to:

  • 🚀 Build a Definitive Brand: Help us become the "go-to" app for every hunger pang in Belgium.

  • 🌱 High-Growth Environment: Be part of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the food industry.

  • 🧠 Ownership and Autonomy: We value new ideas and give you the freedom to make things happen quickly and efficiently.
