We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, as they want it, when and where they want it. We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.

  • Be the primary point of contact locally as it relates to our consumer value proposition and overall competitive landscape

  • Project manage cross-functional strategic initiatives to help bring consumer value proposition improvements to life across selection, affordability and experience

  • Own CVP and growth reporting to support data-driven decision-making across the business

  • Lead the local rollout and implementation of cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, ensuring effective coordination and execution across teams

  • Monitor competitor and market trends to inform strategic planning

  • Communicate project outcomes, learnings, and strategic implications to stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years work experience, ideally with 2 years+ professional experience in a project management role or commercial strategy role

  • Can demonstrate strong analytical achievements and confidence with numbers, tact, along with humility and patience

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with data to support decision-making

  • A pragmatic, commercially minded problem solver who can operate with ambiguity and prioritise effectively

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders

  • Experience working in a dynamic high-growth company

  • Strong motivation with the ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Preferred Skills

  • Previous use of Looker

At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. We offer a wide range of great benefits in areas including health, family, finance, community, convenience, growth, time away and relocation.

We believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest growing start-up's around.
