Job Description
We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What you’ll build
You will drive operational excellence across global marketing by owning governance, planning, and execution for complex, cross‑functional initiatives. As the PMO Project Manager you’ll translate strategy into disciplined execution: create and maintain comprehensive project plans and workbacks, orchestrate interdependent timelines across regional, channel, analytics, and ops teams, and lead the Rhythm of Business (ROB) to ensure executive readiness for Global Monthly Performance Reviews and Executive Steering Committees. You’ll standardize processes and PMO tools, capture and close actions and decisions, surface risks and tradeoffs, and deliver executive‑ready updates that accelerate decision making and ensure marketing programs launch on time, with quality, and aligned to strategic priorities.
What you bring
- PMO certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) and formal program/project management training
- 5+ years in B2B technology marketing within complex, global, multi‑solution organizations (or equivalent cross‑functional PMO experience)
- Proven track record leading cross‑functional, matrixed programs end‑to‑end, including annual planning and quarterly refreshes
- Strong governance and ROB expertise: executive readiness, action tracking, and stakeholder alignment
- Excellent executive‑level communication and synthesis skills; comfort creating executive readouts and dashboards
- High proficiency with PMO tools (reporting, dashboards, process standardization), and a bias for problem solving in fast‑paced environments
Where you belong
You’ll join the Integrated Marketing Program Success Office — a collaborative center of excellence that enables cross‑functional alignment and operational rigor across global and regional marketing, channels, analytics, and operations. The team values structured thinking, clear communication, and a neutral integrator mindset; people who thrive here enjoy high visibility, complex problem solving, and opportunities to shape how marketing operates at scale.
