- Highly organised, able to prioritise and forward plan, and remain calm under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken) with a pleasant, professional manner.
- Assertive, resilient, and able to manage strong personalities.
- IT skills – Advanced Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and Outlook.
- Flexibility in working hours. A self-motivated individual with the ability to work alone under minimal supervision and direction but also serve as an integral member of the Directors’ Leadership Teams.
At Centrica we embrace diversity and actively seek to attract individuals with unique backgrounds and perspectives. We are dedicated in helping to close the diversity gap and would love to see more females, people of colour and LGBTQ+ employees, as well as those from a variety of cultures and ethnicity to veterans and the differently abled. Supporting diversity and inclusion is a big part of who we are, we are not looking for people to fit into our culture but to add to it!
