To get where we’re going, we need a passionate and brilliant Digital Performance Marketing Manager - Net Zero to join us.

Delivering best in class digital comms and performance activity you'll be playing a key role in helping us achieve our growth ambitions.

You’ll be working across a range of products including Heat Pumps, Hive, Solar and EV Charging, it’s an exciting time to be joining the team!

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll be empowered to lead performance activity that drives customer acquisition and is best in class, playing a key role in customer growth.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead, plan & deliver distinctive and compelling performance marketing activity to maximise sales, CPS & ROMI to support commercial ambitions and brilliant customer outcomes
  • Identify and lead opportunities to help brand connect with consumers to drive reappraisal and consideration
  • Provide ongoing insight and analysis to understand performance, leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities to drive growth
  • Support the delivery of wider ATL campaigns, from media planning to creative development
  • Build attention-grabbing, thumb-stopping and platform-first creative that connects with and drives action from customers
  • Support the development of acquisition campaigns for all Net Zero products that drive core trading performance, thinking, and acting like a retailer
  • Support the launch of new propositions and products to market, using a multi-channel approach to scope out markets and test and learn to help the business evolve
  • Ensure alignment of creative and messaging throughout the customer journey
  • Support the Head of Marketing to drive commercial performance and support the goals of the Marketing Director, Commercial GMs and Commercial Director

As an experienced Performance Marketing Manager you’ll have a track record of:

  • Outcome and impact driven with a relentless focus on commercial and customer outcomes over outputs
  • Managing effective and efficient integrated marketing campaigns with extensive knowledge across PPC, SEO, SEM, Social, Affiliates and content creation, campaign management and delivering against Commercial outcomes
  • Support the continuous development of in-market activity to maximise our investment and drive efficiencies through channel analysis, optimisation & resource
  • Driving and supporting a test and learn culture, with a focus on consistently optimsing the approach and performance
  • Managing multi-million-pound marketing budgets

And you’ll have clear examples of:

  • Managing a range of stakeholders in a matrix organisation
  • Customer-led thinking & creativity – passionate about the customer and meeting their needs
  • Understanding the complexities of operating in a regulated environment
  • Getting things done – “can do” attitude is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for quality and consistency
  • Data-driven decision making, able to use data and insight to drive campaign effectiveness
  • Managing significant marketing budgets for performance activity
