The company is supportive of how flexible we work, with a great understanding that we have lives outside of work. Certain roles requires more in-person working but generally it is very flexible.

Flexible working at Perlego
🏡 We're making learning accessible to all and we want our ways of working to be accessible too. Choose between our impressive office in Chancery Lane, remote work or a bit of both. Work in a way that supports your needs and your life. We trust people to know what works best for them.
🌍 We are flexible if you wish to work remotely overseas for short-periods of time, as long as you remain a UK tax resident
🐶 We love dogs ❤️ so Perlegoers are welcome to bring theirs into the office
👶 For school-aged children we know childcare during half-terms can be difficult. Feel free to bring your children into the office if needed.
Approach to diversity & inclusion
🧠 We are 100 + people strong. We're made up of 28 nationalities with 6 religious beliefs and we speak 23 languages. One of our values is 'We Learn' and we work closely with our DEI&B committee who steer us on how we can continuously improve.
🚺 Our current gender split is 40% female, with 44% representation on our leadership team and we are working towards a 50/50 gender split across the business
