ROLE OVERVIEW

Hey YOU! Are you a self-motivated, solution-oriented, resourceful individual looking to make a significant impact on a major brand? Join our dynamic team as an Associate Marketing Operations Manager!

We are seeking someone with great energy, excitement to learn and grow new skillsets, and a passion for driving success through our people, processes, and technology. You will join as an integral part of our team by executing and managing our digital campaign projects and processes that further our brand and elevate our ways of working for content operations management.

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to Account, Creative, Digital Experience, and Analytics

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, execute, and deliver weekly digital campaign projects by working with tools and technology and defined internal team processes
  • Support cross-functional collaboration by actively participating in the integration of new tools and processes by leveraging your enthusiasm and knowledge to contribute to team success
  • Contribute to the evolution of our people, processes, and technology
  • Assist in the enablement of operations at scale and supporting automation initiatives
  • Assist in the delivery of content from test environments to production, ensuring attention to detail for seamless execution
  • Participate by sharing your knowledge on content operations, best practices, and training/onboarding documentiation
  • Provide a fresh and unique perspective on potential new tools and technology and/or input for continual existing process improvements
  • Facilitate clear communication channels across internal departments, as well as externally with the clients, working closely with the Account management team
  • Identify new ways of working and thoughtful advice on project changes or potential recommendations for meeting deadlines

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, business or a related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital content management/maintenance, digital ad ops, or technology operations is preferred
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience within the digital space (content and creative elements) and web-based content management systems
  • Familiarity with various CMS systems is a plus
  • Exposure to working with multiple internal teams, as well as vendor and client environments
  • Previous experience with Marketing Operations, digita retail, or product development Is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to collaborate with Product managers, Product owners, and developers/engineers in an agile environment
  • Familiarity with project/task management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, Smartsheets, Trello, Monday.com, Asana etc. is a plus
  • Experience with testing and rolling out new functionality within QA/UAT testing/staging environments
  • Understanding yield management and troubleshooting/creating problem solving skills to meet performance demands and deadlines
  • Quick adaptability and openness to evolving with new technology and tools
  • Demonstrates self-motivation, proactiveness with strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Willingness to develop skills in relationship building with clients and co-workers; demonstrating diplomacy, strategic thinking, and clear communication
  • Effective written and oral skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage & prioritize multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, with the ability to escalate scope increase when necessary
