Why this job matters

The Content & Campaign Specialist executes a range of workstreams in delivering BT Group's content and campaign strategy enabling increased brand awareness and strengthening perceptions with clients and target audiences, deepening engagement and loyalty.

What you’ll be doing

1. Executes a range of workstreams in delivering BT Group's content and campaign strategy, and achievement of BT Group's commercial and marketing objectives.
2. Implements content programs that deliver measurable value to BT Group's digital profile and search engine optimisation (SEO) as well as web traffic.
3. Delivers outcomes from activities that contribute to BT Group's brand positioning for external communications as part of the content strategy and plan, developing messaging and content asset strategies for campaign marketing.
4. Analyses campaign data to help campaign teams make strategic, data-driven recommendations aimed at improving results and increasing client retention.
5. Uses multi-channel automation and customer relationship tools in email strategy and execution, enabling engaging content strategy and campaign execution by partnering closely with marketing teams.
6. Supports collaborations with SMEs within the group or external thought leaders, to ensure content delivers against market needs, company positioning, and above the line campaigns.
7. Executes analytics activities across BT Group developing visible and measurable conversion funnels, identifying patterns that demonstrate content and campaign outcomes and adjusting from campaigns with poor performing return on investment (ROI).
8. Audits campaigns driving efforts to continuously improve the campaign management customer experience enhancing usability, latency, and discovery.
9. Drives impact with a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within the Content and Campaign Management team and other related teams.
10. Mentors other content and campaign management professionals, helping to improve the team's abilities by acting as a technical resource.
11. Champions, continuously develops and shares with team knowledge on emerging trends and changes in content and campaign management.
