Clear Progression path
ClearBank really is a remote first, flexible employer - I work at the hours which suit me. I am so grateful to have found an employer who values this.
Very supportive culture orientated towards getting things done but not prescriptive over the how.
I love the flexibility I have to do my work without anyone clock-watching and panicking if I'm not sat at my desk at 8:59am. The trust is there that I will do my job. The company is fast-paced which is challenging, but we have a very supportive and collaborative team who will always help out when needed.
As a mum to 2 young girls, being able to WFH and fit my work around my home life is invaluable. I have complete control over my hours as long as the work is delivered. There is no long commute that I have to account for in my day and this frees up extra time for me to spend with my family, attend appointments, do the bed time routine, make a nice dinner, catch up with my husband. It's a very refreshing environment to work in and be a part of.

We support a culture of flexibility for our people, promoting a strong work-life balance. We empower everyone to manage their time in a way that meets both their work and personal commitments. We don't have a set number of days in the office – you can choose what works for you with your line manager. Everyone does their best work where they’re happiest. So, if that’s from home, the office, or a mix of both, go for it.
If you want to take the opportunity to work outside of the UK, ClearBank is where you can for up to 30 days per year.
We encourage our people to take time out of their week for what means the most to them. We call this Find Your Flex. You might use this time to take a gym class during the day, finish early to visit a museum, spend time on your hobby, pick up your children from school, get a manicure, or simply get outside for a couple of hours. Find what works best for you and your team throughout your week.

We think about diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) a lot, and we work hard for DE&I to be at the centre of everything we do. We want to strengthen our inclusive and innovative culture that continues to empower our people to be themselves and thrive.
We have a variety of employee led groups catering to women, parents and neurodivergent individuals, and at the core of our DE&I agenda is our Dimensions group. This group is dedicated to promoting inclusivity by hosting workshops, guest speakers, and various events and initiatives. Together these groups aim to celebrate our differences and foster open discussions, so that everyone feels welcome for who they are.
One benefit we offer is the ability to swap your bank holidays for other days that matter to you. So, if you prefer to work through Easter and celebrate Eid or swap Christmas for another day, you can.
