We are at a very exciting time at the Handsets & Beyond Connectivity Squads, Marketing Tribe – Chapter Pricing. For that, we are now growing into new categories and ecosystems, such as TVs, Gaming and others and we are looking for someone to join us and help us explore this new opportunity, as well as develop and grow established categories such as Accessories, Smartwatches and Audio Headsets.

This person will work together with other team members on defining the strategy of the overall Accessories and New categories offer, including portfolio management and commercial offer definition. It’s expected that the Marketing Manager will work closely with several senior stakeholders in a cross-functional team, with a flexible and open-minded mindset. We expect you to feel comfortable in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment, enjoy and promote open collaboration inside the team and be prepared to handle challenging situations.

What you’ll do

  • Choose the correct portfolio of TVs, Gaming, Smartwatches, Audio, Accessories and other new categories between a wide range of possible choices among multiple suppliers.
  • Define and implement the overall pricing strategy of the portfolio and correct positioning of the several SKUs.
  • Correct alignment with essential internal stakeholders such as Retail, Logistics, Procurement, Digital and Support teams, guaranteeing correct flows of portfolio implementation.
  • Propose and implement new GTM campaigns with focus on new customers’ acquisition.
  • Monitor business indicators and seek continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends to collect data/insights to consider on proposals.
  • Define business rules and operational procedures for different channels (stores, online, call center assistants).
  • Run with Go-To-Market team several ATL/BTL media campaigns.

Who you are

  • Master’s degree preferably in Management, Economics or Marketing.
  • Good analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Results-oriented and with a high sense of responsibility, planning and autonomy.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Customer-centricity focus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team (using Agile methodologies) and capacity to manage multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Knowledge of the Telco business and market, namely products and services provided by Vodafone (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • English Language proficiency.
