Why this job matter

The role is responsible for actively helping the implementation of any HR policies, systems, projects, and processes with strong change management action. The HR Advisor assists in the delivery of people processes and practices such as payroll programmes, HRIS management and data analysis related to employment, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, and recruiting.

What you’ll be doing – your accountabilities

HR Advisor

  • You provide an excellent HR customer service to colleagues by managing tasks effectively and within defined SLAs.
  • You manage a wide range of administrative tasks related to the whole employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, employee record management, compliance cases, query management, offboarding process).
  • You produce accurate reports and conduct audits using MyHR (SuccessFactors) and other HR systems whilst ensuring adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • You continuously deepen your expertise in the HR system to be able to effectively support stakeholders and colleagues.
  • You assist with the implementation of people strategies and standard operational procedures in order to support the achievement of the organizational objectives.
  • You execute your tasks in a timely and accurate manner, meeting all legal and regulatory requirements as well as the agreed performance objectives.
  • You work alongside HR professionals on the implementation of transformation and change projects to improve the effectiveness of the business function.

  • ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information and situations
  • experience working effectively in a matrixed, global organization
  • excellent computer skills (including MS Office, SAP)
  • strong data analytics skills (ability to use analytical skills and intuition to analyze data and interpret business insights and trends as well as use data to support decision making and develop the best solutions)

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level
  • any other European language on a conversational level is an advantage

2. Assists with the delivery of processes and procedures for the organisation and ensures timely and accurate reporting of information, meeting all legal and regulatory requirements as well as performance objectives such as performance reviews and goal setting.
3. Assists in the delivery of specified function personnel record keeping related to matters such as new hires, employee reviews, promotions, transfers and separations and ensures that personnel records meet all standards of accreditation.
4. Works alongside HR professionals to support the implementation of transformation and change projects to improve the effectiveness of the business function.
