Why this job matters

As a Commercial Change Specialist, you'll act as the control tower for contractual and commercial changes, ensuring every adjustment to agreements, pricing structures, and commercial terms is managed with precision, clarity, and minimal disruption.

This role is critical in navigating complex business operations and aligning change initiatives with strategic objectives.

You will be required to undergo National Security Vetting to SC or NPPV level.

What you’ll be doing

  • Direct and Coordinate Change Traffic: Monitor and manage the flow of contractual amendments, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements including through approval processes.
  • Salesforce Management: Proactive Management of Salesforce tool to ensure an up to date pipeline.
  • Maintain Clear Communication Channels: Serve as the central point of contact between delivery teams, finance, legal, and commercial stakeholders to avoid collisions in priorities or timelines.
  • Ensure Safe Landings: Validate that all changes are implemented smoothly, minimizing risk and disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Navigate Complex Landscape: Anticipate potential conflicts in terms, timelines, or compliance, and proactively reroute processes to maintain efficiency.
  • Customer Facing -Work closely with the Authority Change and Commercial team to ensure alignment in target dates.
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations (contracts, pricing, revenue models)

This role offers a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
