- Lead and deliver projects/initiatives, underpinning growth ambitions
- Coordinate key activities across the business to ensure timelines and submissions are met
- Maintain and manage a centralised “one truth” business roadmap, covering commercial and transformation activity
- Track progress against plans, identifying delays and supporting actions to bring delivery back on track
- Drive accountability across teams by challenging performance and ensuring ownership of outcomes
- Identify risks and issues within plans and communicate their impact to governance forums
- Support the planning and delivery of executive-level reporting, including MBRs and QBRs
- Create clear, structured presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership forums
Essential Skills / Experience
- Commercial awareness, with understanding of business performance drivers and KPIs
- Experience in programme or project coordination within a business or commercial environment
- Capable in managing timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organisation
- Ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability for delivery
- Solid understanding of business strategy and organisational context
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Experience working within a strategy, planning, or transformation function
- Exposure to commercial or sales environments
