What you’ll be doing


As a Senior QA Engineer at Brit, you’ll be involved in driving our quality engineering practices and initiatives forward. This role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from hands-on automation (Python or C#) to contributing to the strategy and direction of quality engineering at Brit.

You'll be at the forefront of our quality efforts, driving the development and maintenance of automated test suites across our full stack. The expertise you have in automation frameworks and tools will ensure comprehensive test coverage throughout the SDLC. While automation will be a cornerstone of this role, you'll also be engaged in exploratory testing efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of quality at every layer of our software stack.

You’ll serve as a mentor within the QA team, providing guidance and direction to junior members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaboration with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders will be critical in advocating for quality throughout the software development lifecycle and effectively communicating QA strategies and results.

With a keen eye for optimization and efficiency, you'll proactively identify opportunities to streamline testing processes and enhance overall quality assurance practices. Your commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies will enable you to drive continuous improvement within the QA team and contribute to the ongoing success of Brit as we strive to deliver exceptional software solutions to the business.
