Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior QA Engineer eager to learn all that is needed about the exciting business of A2A payments and join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software testing, a passion for automation, and a keen eye for detail. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test frameworks and test suites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand product requirements and design automated tests
- Execute automated test cases, analyse results, and report defects with detailed documentation
- Continuously improve existing test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and coverage
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in QA automation and apply them to improve our processes
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code standards
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Javascript
- Extensive experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Cucumber, Playwright, Node.js or similar
- Strong knowledge of performance testing and security testing
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus
- Experience with PSD2 and A2A payments is a plus
