Join our team as an Organizational Change Program Manager! This role is US - Hybrid 3-days a week onsite from our Conshohocken, PA headquarters.

What you'll do:

  • Support the project lifecycle of initiatives by:

    • Developing strong business cases and project charters

    • Ensuring all stakeholders and sponsors are aligned on project goals, outcomes, and scope and managing expectations

    • Aligning leaders and all impacted roles and developing interventions to improve alignment

    • Communicating effectively with all internal and external stakeholders

    • Accurately tracking and managing project progress

    • Watching for early indicators of risks and issues and drive ownership of mitigation plans to resolve them

    • Developing effective approaches for sustaining and realizing business outcomes following implementation

  • Enable other teams in the organization with project leadership, consulting skills, and tools to be successful

  • Collaborate with the PMO Community through ongoing development of project management tools and methodology

  • Analyze current organizational structure and business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness

  • Collaborate with HR and divisional leaders to design and implement new organizational structures and processes that support business objectives

  • Develop and implement the appropriate change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new organizational design and to minimize resistance to change

The experience you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of serving as a project leader of various cross-functional teams

  • Ability to influence stakeholders, sales makers, leaders, and project team members without positional authority

  • Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis and developing stakeholder engagement plans, including strategies for managing resistance and building support for change.

  • Facilitation skills that create the conditions for productive collaboration of diverse groups to effectively and diplomatically manage varying personalities that are aligned to action plans and lead to business results

  • Excellent listener with exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Data analysis skills to identify, collect, interpret, and present data to support decision making

  • Strong initiative, innovative thinking, and a pragmatic approach with a bias for action

  • A track record of designing and implementing effective solutions to complex organizational challenges

  • Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change initiatives, including developing and executing comprehensive change management plans to drive adoption and mitigate resistance

  • Familiarity with organizational design principles and methodologies, including the ability to assess organizational structure, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement plans to optimize performance and achieve strategic objectives.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Understanding of SaaS business concepts; iPaaS market knowledge a plus

  • Project management related certification (PMP, Six Sigma, etc)

  • An Agile mindset: delivering value incrementally and iteratively

  • Willingness to work in office hubs periodically
