Reporting to the CEO’s Chief of Staff, this individual will work closely with the CEO to create and distribute content from the Office of the CEO. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal marketing and external agencies to develop keynote content, ensuring alignment with the CEO on direction, tone, and key messages. The role involves managing event content for CEO speaking engagements, including potential travel to events for real-time adjustments. The individual will also work with the Office of the CEO and Corporate Communications team on executive outreach and company-wide communications, and prepare comprehensive packages for external engagements. They will maintain a corporate calendar for internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and timing, and ensure all communications reflect a unified voice. The role requires proactive identification and resolution of additional communication needs.

What you'll do:

  • Reporting into the CEO’s Chief of Staff, this individual will work directly with the CEO to craft and disseminate content from the Office of the CEO
  • Work with internal Marketing as well as external agencies to craft keynote content, aligning tightly with the CEO on direction, tone and key messages
  • Manage event content end-to-end where the CEO is speaking, traveling to the events (if necessary) to facilitate real-time changes
  • Collaborate with the Office on the CEO and Corporate Communications team on other key communication vehicles including executive outreach, company-wide emails and announcements
  • Work closely with Corporate Communications to create comprehensive preparation packages for external speaking engagements and/or written quotes
  • Own the development and maintenance of a corporate calendar of internal and external communications across all functional areas, contemplating timing and consistency
  • Ensure all communication has a consistent voice
  • Act as a business owner, proactively identifying additional communication needs and solving them

The Experience you bring:

  • 4-7 years of executive/corporate communications, PR, or consulting experience, preferably for a high-growth SaaS/tech organization
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally internally and with external creative agencies
  • Ability or aptitude to communicate at the executive level
  • Working understanding of B2B technology operating models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take complex concepts and distill them into compelling prose
  • Willingness to flex responsibilities and scope based on needs
  • Based in Denver, Colorado with willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in Denver, CO, ranges between $118,000 - 165,000 annually + applicable bonus.
