About the role

The Microsoft 365 (M365) Developer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the digital employee experience. They collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive adoption, streamline processes, and optimize productivity using M365 technologies. As a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, the M365 Developer ensures seamless operation, efficient collaboration, and effective utilization of M365 tools.

In this role, you will:

  • Work within a small team providing support and development, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Administer and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and associated permissions.
  • Organize content within SharePoint, manage versions, and ensure proper version control.
  • Develop workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate.
  • Implement efficient and scalable PowerApps applications, adhering to best practices.
  • Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to integrate PowerApps with existing systems and applications.
  • Produce written documentation to support work and present findings to stakeholders.

In terms of location, our offices are in Bath, Bristol, London, Fareham, Weymouth & Plymouth, offering flexible and hybrid working arrangements for this full-time position.

About you

The M365 Developer role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and using their technical skills to improve the way people work. You'll be a key part of our Enterprise Applications team, helping us get the most out of Microsoft 365 (M365) tools.

· Good experience in SharePoint online and/or application development.

· Proficient in SharePoint administration, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

· Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

· Strong analytical skills, capable of solving problems creatively and logically.

· Ability to work well in a team or independently as required.
