Job title: Reward Benefits Advisor

Location: Preston – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: £35,000 dependent on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for the proactive planning and delivery of regular activities and ownership of issue identification and resolution

  • Support operational reviews with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Lead on continuous improvement for how the process can be made more efficient and effective

  • Lead in the development of best practice solutions that meet the needs of the business in line with policy and embed into the operation

  • Be able to collate and format data from a number of sources in order to produce ad hoc reports and monthly volumes and metrics to support SLA and KPI reviews

  • Be able to understand complex queries relating to company policies and procedures and provide support/advice to internal and external stakeholders (employees, LMs, HR, ER and Legal)

  • Ensure data is processed and managed in line with GDPR legislation and internal policies

  • Use knowledge to provide training and coaching to existing and new team members

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Knowledge and experience of Reward & Benefits

  • Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers and multiple stakeholders

  • Knowledge of change management processes and experience implementing process improvements

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships, with a strong focus on, service delivery, operational excellence and stakeholder management

The Rewards Services Team:

As a Reward Benefits Advisor within Reward Services, the role holder will have responsibility for supporting the Reward Benefits Team Manager in the management and delivery of Benefits. Alongside supporting various stakeholders across BAE Systems, and managing a variety of complex processes which include but are not limited to, the Company & Green Car Schemes, FLEX benefits, Healthcare Schemes, Share Schemes, Long Service Awards, Group Income Protection, Cycle2Work scheme – both working individually and as part of a team.
