Job Title: Resourcing Advisor

Location: Hybrid – London, Leeds, Frimley

There will be an expectation to travel to your local office and spend some time in each of the other offices mentioned. This will vary from week to week but there will be flexibility with working patterns. Please reach out to your recruiter for more information on expectations around office working.

What you’ll be doing

  • Resource Management – work with Project Managers and Team Leads to understand how many people we need, with what skill, in what location
    • Supply Planning
    • Demand Planning
  • Business Unit Utilisation – focus on the right roles for our staff through strategic rotations and ensure the right level of utilisation is maintained and manage our available for work population
  • Support recruitment – ensure requirements are clear and the right people are involved in the process from interviewers, candidates and providing support through running campaigns and events
  • On-boarding of new staff – being the day 1 point of contact along with a friendly face for people to speak to before new candidates join
  • Reporting – understand our people utilisation and be able to communicate and forecast our business performance
  • Building a sense of community – help bring the account together through open communication and other inclusivity events

Your skills and experiences

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills – You are at the hub of activity and will need to cope with many conflicting demands on your time from senior stakeholders
  • Good problem solving and facilitation skills, you will be required to run meetings and workshops as part of your role
  • Good business awareness – you will be expected to understand business priorities and support business decision-making
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of resource management and planning would be beneficial to help you hit the ground running
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office packages, in particular Excel.

The role would suit anyone looking to gain a better understanding of business management, and would be ideal for someone who is just starting out in their career having recently graduated from university or alternatively is able to demonstrate suitable relevant experience and enthusiasm.
