About the OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our Aerospace business on the Aviation Technical Training (ATT) project based in Wagga, New South Wales – a city that offers affordable housing, a vibrant lifestyle and a thriving community.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day LMS administration, maintenance, and reporting of learning support activities, including student induction, tablet access, and LMS development. You’ll work closely with technical instructors and the wider workforce to implement practical, digital training solutions.

Based at our high-quality facility in Wagga Wagga, NSW, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to supporting ADF capability and delivering real impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, upgrades, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (Moodle)
  • Deliver user support and training to staff and trainees, including induction briefings
  • Collaborate with technical instructors to implement courseware and assessment updates
  • Lead and support continuous improvement and decommissioning of older LMS versions
  • Drive quality assurance, documentation, and training processes for LMS and SMS
  • Contribute to the future planning and integration of digital learning systems

About YOU

  • Proven experience with LMS (Moodle preferred) and/or Student Management Systems (SMS)
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and technical support skills
  • Confidence with MS Office, database admin, and online learning tools
  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Initiative, communication skills, and a passion for supporting learning outcomes
  • Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
