We leverage creativity, scientific insights, and industry expertise to develop impactful learning experiences for clients in Banking, Wealth and Asset Management, and Insurance. Your contributions will help clients identify skills gaps, design learning pathways, and implement effective learning functions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in our People Consulting team, you will:

  • Contribute to diverse workstreams across complex engagements in the financial services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Support business development efforts by preparing proposals and delivering presentations to potential clients.
  • Assist in the operational aspects and risk management of client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve strategic goals and contribute to initiatives that support the growth of the firm.

Focus on Learning Operations

In this role, you will:

  • Support the development and delivery of Managed Learning Services operations, ensuring effective front, middle, and back-office functions.
  • Contribute to impactful service solutions for clients, including scalable support for projects ranging from leadership programs to multi-year managed learning services.
  • Drive innovation to provide market-leading, relevant solutions and thought leadership to clients.
  • Help grow our learning offerings and take on operational responsibilities for various assignments.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in a learning operations or learning administration role.
  • A foundational understanding of managed learning services and their operational components.
  • Core consulting skills, including project management, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to produce robust analyses and presentations.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to deliver high-quality outputs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing learning solutions, including analysis, design, and content development, to ensure measurable outcomes in large organizations.
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector (banking, insurance, wealth and asset management) or a passion for the industry.
  • Relevant degree-level education and/or professional qualifications.
