Job Description

We're seeking a commercially astute and operationally strong Head of Partner Fulfils to drive the successful implementation of our rebooted partner fulfilment model. This person will be responsible for aligning internal teams, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of a marketplace model across various markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Fulfilment Leadership: Lead the development and optimisation of the company’s partner fulfilment strategy, alongside a traditional wholesale model.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with middleware partners, 3rd party brands, Commercial, Customer Service, Operations and Technology teams to ensure smooth fulfilment operations that support both brand partnerships and customer experience.
  • Commercial Execution: Oversee commercial terms and partnerships with suppliers and fulfilment partners to ensure financial viability and strategic alignment with business goals.
  • Process Development: Design, implement, and refine scalable operational processes that streamline the combined commercial offers.
  • Market-Specific Adaptation: Customise fulfilment models to meet regulatory and market-specific requirements while ensuring a consistent brand and customer experience.
  • Supplier & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and technology partners to drive seamless integration and operational effectiveness.
  • Customer-Centric Operations: Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure fulfilment strategies align with high service levels, including delivery performance, returns management, and issue resolution.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and reporting to monitor fulfilment performance, identify trends, and continuously optimise operational processes.

Qualifications

We're looking for a strategic, hands on leader with a passion for building scalable, customer-centric solutions in fast-paced environments. You’ll bring deep experience in eCommerce, retail, consumer goods, or tech-driven marketplace businesses—ideally within an international context.

You’ll have a strong track record in marketplace operations or fulfilment management, with a deep understanding of best practices in inventory and supplier management. You’re commercially savvy, with proven experience negotiating supplier agreements that drive both profitability and alignment with strategic goals.

You’ll also bring:

  • Process Design & Optimisation: Strong background in building and refining scalable processes in complex, multi-market environments.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence and lead teams across departments, aligning goals and driving collaboration.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: Understanding of how fulfilment and supply chain decisions impact customer experience, with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Market Adaptability: Experience implementing operational models across multiple countries, considering regional variations in fulfilment, logistics, and compliance.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using data to inform decision-making, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Technology-Savvy: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, fulfilment technology, and ERP/WMS systems is highly desirable.

Who You Are

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Strong negotiator and relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and process-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business.
  • Customer-first mindset with a keen understanding of operational impact on brand perception.
