At Anglian Water, our values are that together, we will: Build trust, do the right thing, and we are always exploring.

Who We Are

Integrated Maintenance, Repair and Development Services (IMRDS) is the team that maintains our water supply systems, handles emergencies like water bursts, and develops new ways to better serve our customers. We offer various roles, from frontline operational work to project management and data analysis.

IMRDS is part of the Embedded Alliance within Anglian Water, working alongside other organisations for skill-sharing and using the best people for the job. If you want to join a rapidly expanding team with growth and networking opportunities, we want to hear from you!

What Will You Be Doing as a Co-Creation Benefits Realisation Lead?

Working within the IMRDS alliance and Capital Delivery, this newly created role is central to ensuring the success, credibility and impact of the Co-Creation programme. You’ll be responsible for defining, tracking and reporting the tangible and intangible benefits delivered through co-creation initiatives, ensuring outcomes are clearly evidenced, measurable and auditable.

You’ll lead on collecting, validating and analysing data from multiple sources to assess the impact of co-creation activity, producing high-quality dashboards, reports and insights that support informed decision-making. Maintaining a central repository of benefits data and evidence, you’ll ensure performance measurement is accurate, timely and aligned with internal and external audit requirements.

A key focus of the role is benefits realisation and impact measurement. You’ll define clear, measurable benefits for each initiative, aligned to strategic objectives and the IMRDS Whitebook, and develop a robust benefits realisation framework that integrates with wider IMRDS reporting. This will include identifying and agreeing meaningful metrics and KPIs across financial, operational, environmental and customer outcomes, and tracking benefits from pilot through to business-as-usual.

You’ll work closely with project leads, delivery teams, finance and senior stakeholders across the alliance to validate data, influence engagement and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You’ll confidently present insights, findings and recommendations to senior leaders and the Co-Creation Programme Manager.

Health, Safety and Wellbeing will underpin your work. You’ll support a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with H&S standards, promoting safe ways of working and contributing to continuous improvement in safety performance.

What Does It Take to Be a Co-Creation Benefits Realisation Lead?

• Strong experience in benefits realisation, performance reporting, data analysis or business analytics
• Proven ability to define and track KPIs and performance metrics aligned to strategic objectives
• High level of data integrity, attention to detail and analytical capability
• Experience producing dashboards, reports and performance insights for senior stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across complex, multi-partner environments
• Understanding of governance, assurance and audit requirements
• A strong commitment to Health, Safety and Wellbeing
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting findings and recommendations
