You will be part of the Business Implementation Management (BIM) team. It ensures that APM Terminals’ strategic investments translate into real business value. By connecting people, processes, and data, BIM drives operational readiness and smooth integration for new projects—whether greenfield developments, brownfield expansions, or acquisitions. Our focus is on enabling successful delivery and long-term performance through structured governance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Role Summary
The Reporting & Analytics Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality data collection, analysis, reporting, and communications in support of Business Implementation Management’s (BIM) strategic objectives. Embedded within the Project Management Office (PMO), this role ensures effective resource management and portfolio reporting through robust data and timely insights, while actively contributing to the continuous improvements efforts that mature our organization and drive value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Portfolio Reporting:

  • Lead data collection and validation for monthly and quarterly portfolio reports.

  • Develop and submit pre-read materials on time, ensuring content is accurate and relevant.

  • Support initiatives to improve reporting processes and systems.

  • Resource Management:

  • Collect, validate, and analyse data to support BIM resource planning and management for both HQ and terminal project teams.

  • Prepare clear, accurate reports that inform decision-making to ensure the portfolio is adequately resourced.

  • Operating Model:

  • Maintain the BIM meeting calendar and cadence.

  • Verify the accuracy of the operating model and proactively support initiatives to streamline and enhance its effectiveness.

  • Engagement & Communications:

  • Develop professional, visually engaging pre-read packages, memos, and presentations for BIM leadership and stakeholders.

  • Ensure all materials align with branding standards and support clear communication.

  • Assist in organising offsites, workshops, and other PMO & BIM events, working closely with facilitators to ensure seamless execution.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data collection, validation, and analysis for reporting.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and professional materials (e.g., reports, presentations, memos).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with project management or reporting systems is an advantage.

  • Exceptional organisational skills, including managing multiple priorities, coordinating meetings, and supporting events.

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • A collaborative mindset – someone who enjoys working with others and building strong relationships across teams
