Working at the heart of the business, you’ll help align commercial activity across Alliances and delivery routes across our capital programme.

You’ll be instrumental in promoting transparency, accountability, and efficiency in commercial reporting and management. Through high-quality reporting, robust analysis, and a strong audit trail, you’ll help ensure confident decision-making and the delivery of critical financial and performance outputs across the year.

You’ll also support the delivery of performance metrics such as the Capital Delivery Index, providing insights into trends and helping senior stakeholders make informed decisions. In addition, you’ll assist with the weekly ERS payment process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to Tier 1 partners, maintaining clear audit trails, and supporting approvals.

Overall, your role will be about driving consistency, accuracy, and transparency in commercial activity while providing the insight and support that helps the business deliver on its financial and operational objectives.

As a valued employee, you’ll be entitled to:

  • Full private healthcare with no excess

  • 25 days leave, rising with service + Bank Holidays, with the option to swap Christmas and Easter holidays for those celebrated by your religion

  • A flexible working culture

  • Competitive pension scheme – we double-match your contributions up to 6%

  • Life Assurance at eight times your salary

You’ll be tech-savvy with an analytical mind, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint, and you’ll bring a forward-looking, solutions-oriented mindset that drives efficiency and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:
