Job Description:

The Benefits Manager works closely with the P&O teams and areas such as Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure the effective implementation and administration of benefits programs. They maintain ongoing communication with external providers and insurance broker. Their work directly influences the employee’s experience and the Mars reputation as an employer, serving as a key reference point in strategic decision-making related to compensation and well-being. In addition, they participate in cross-functional projects and report progress and results to P&O leaders and other key stakeholders.The Benefits Manager is responsable for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing employee benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive, compliant with current local regulations, and contribute to the attraction, retention, and well-being of talent within the organization.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Manage, implement, and optimize new and existing benefits programs in alignment with business needs and market trends
  • Promote employee well-being and satisfaction through clear communication and proactive management of benefits
  • Ensure that benefits programs meet internal process and policy requirements
  • Safeguard the quality of services provided by benefits vendors and ensure adherence to previously agreed-upon terms
  • Conduct Market reviews to evaluate the competitiveness of the benefits offering
