You will combine operational rigour and meticulous attention to detail with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding creative work.

In this role, you will take an end‑to‑end, strategic approach to project management, production, and client operations. You will bring proven experience in establishing and working within robust project management processes and toolsets, such as Workbook, Microsoft 365, Monday.com, or comparable workflow systems.

A key requirement of this role is strong integrated campaign delivery experience, including the management of varied ATL and BTL production needs. You will be confident planning and overseeing complex, multi‑channel campaigns and ensuring seamless coordination across all production streams.

  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working

  • Provide expertise on scoping, timings and delivery approaches, advising on risks and trade-offs

  • Act as the escalation point for project delivery, setting best-practice standards across teams

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Own the financial performance of your accounts, ensuring accurate scoping, budgeting and reporting

  • Partner with Business Leads and finance teams to maximise commercial outcomes

  • Ensure all work is correctly scoped, approved and delivered in line with agreed fees

  • Identify and resolve financial risks, supporting teams to course-correct where needed

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and develop project teams, setting clear expectations and driving high performance

  • Champion collaboration across departments and the wider organisation

  • Set the standard for team behaviours, delivery excellence and ways of working

  • Act as a trusted senior partner to both internal stakeholders and clients

Production Oversight

  • Oversee integrated production across campaigns, ensuring feasibility and strong delivery from concept through to execution

  • Partner with creative and production teams to define delivery strategies and manage budgets

  • Maintain visibility across campaign timelines and production outputs

You will be skilled at balancing creative ambition with commercial objectives, consistently driving excellence across the agency and the brands you partner with. You will build a deep understanding of client and agency goals, identifying how best to meet them through the capabilities of the core TMW team and our wider Song network.

About You...

  • Strong experience leading complex, multi-channel project delivery in an agency or similar environment

  • Proven track record in operational leadership, resource planning and financial management

  • Confident managing senior stakeholders and influencing delivery decisions
