The role:
As People Administrator, you’ll be supporting the people team with administrative responsibilities across the recruitment and employee lifecycles for a team of 100 global employees:
- Processing CVs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), currently Workable.
- Arranging interviews.
- Preparing materials for recruitment fairs and representing 15below to potential candidates.
- Administering and maintaining employee benefits records in various systems.
- Coordinating wellbeing events.
- Producing electronic documentation including new starter offers, contracts, references and administering right to work checks.
- Arranging induction meetings as part of the onboarding process.
- Ensuring the HR Information System, currently Hibob contains accurate and comprehensive employee data.
- Producing reports from Hibob and other data sources.
- Administering annual leave entitlements and inputting TOIL adjustments.
- Assisting with the coordination of events, including liaising with suppliers and attendees.
- Contributing to our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Environmental, Social and Corporate (ESG) activities.
- Supporting with people team queries and escalating, when required.
- Other people team administrative support as assigned.
Requirements
The kind of person you are:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- You have high levels of integrity and empathy with a genuine desire to support colleagues.
- Approachable and able to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail, with thorough and meticulous administrative skills.
- Experience using HRIS.
- Able to produce faultless documentation and reports.
- A good listener, problem solver and analytical thinker.
- Good Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Skills to impress:
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- A basic understanding of employment law.
- Experience working in a software development company.

Hours: 37.5 per week, flexitime
