The Role
We are expanding our People Department and are looking for an experienced person for our People Operation Team. You will take over the management of our team of seven People Operations professionals who are working for over 800 employees in > 10 countries and support with processing service requests and projects to enable an excellent People Experience.
What you'll do
- You will manage and support our team of seven People Operations personnel at our locations in Berlin, Bucharest and Madrid, which is responsible for HR administration and digital process optimization for > 800 employees in 10 locations.
- You will be responsible for the continuous optimization, digitization and automation of all administrative processes in HR management, always keeping an eye on our internal customers, KPIs and Service Level Agreements.
- Together with your team, you will be responsible for our HCM and the further optimization of our technical infrastructure.
- You will be a competent point of contact for both your team members and our internal interfaces and employees on all HR administrative and labor law issues.
- For a growing number of employees at our various locations, you will ensure, together with your team, the timely and efficient creation of employment contracts, certificates and other employment contract relevant documents as well as the maintenance of master data and the digital personnel files in HiBob.
- You ensure compliance with the relevant ISM and compliance requirements in your own area of responsibility and accompany audits e.g. in connection with the annual financial statements.
- Various projects and special topics round off your multi-faceted range of duties, such as the control and coordination of the integration of additional subsidiaries.
- Work remotely and/or at one of our locations in Germany.
What you bring to the table
- You have sound professional and supervision experience in HR administration, ideally in the context of shared services for organizations with >800 employees.
- You have acquired your expertise in international labor and social security law in large, complexly structured corporate environments.
- You have very good knowledge of different HCM, ideally with HiBob.
- Your communication skills, proactive approach to work and independence distinguish you, as do your strong design and implementation orientation.
- Solution orientation combined with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent German and English language skills in spoken and written word; additional language skills are of advantage.
- You enjoy change and have been able to actively support and positively implement this in the past.
