Payroll Transformation Manager (f/m/x)

Payroll Process Transformation Lead is to drive the end-to-end transformation of our payroll operations. The candidate must have extensive experience in shared services environments, payroll background and project management experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams to enhance payroll efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, planning, and execution of payroll process transformation initiatives across EU market.
Analyze current payroll processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement best market practices and automation opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy, timeliness, and associate satisfaction.
Partner with local finance teams to align payroll workflows and reporting standards
Gather, validate, and translate local payroll and time & attendance requirements into process changes (gaps identification)
Ensure consistency in projects delivery across countries by working closely with payroll teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations, with at least 3 years in a shared services/BPO environment
Proven track record of leading payroll process transformation projects and vendor change management
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, compliance requirements, and global payroll practices.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with payroll technology implementations and automation initiatives is a plus.
