HR Data & Insights Lead - Rewards (f/m/x)

Mars Global Services, HR - People and Organization Department

Location: Warsaw

Join Mars’ Global Services - People & Organization (P&O) team and play a key role in shaping how data and insights support Total Rewards decisions worldwide. In this role, you will design and deliver high‑quality people insights, innovative analytics, and scalable reporting solutions that enhance data literacy and drive evidence‑based decision‑making across the organization.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Design, build, deploy, and sustain intuitive reports and dashboards for the Global Rewards domain, enabling self‑service, automation, and standardization

  • Ensure data quality and integrity by applying the HR Data Model, Governance framework, and data principles in close collaboration with stakeholders

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations to support initiatives such as Merit & Short Term Incentive processes, Pay Equity, and Living Wage

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for reporting and insights within the assigned domain area

  • Partner with COEs, Global Process Leads, and HR stakeholders to define and execute the roadmap for reporting and insights solutions

  • Support and educate end users on dashboards and self‑service reporting, actively contributing to data literacy and a data‑driven culture

  • Proactively identify data quality, privacy, or accessibility issues and propose effective solutions in collaboration with expert teams

  • Lead, manage, or support analytical projects in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment

What are we looking for?

  • Proven analytical experience in a professional environment; Compensation & Rewards experience is mandatory

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and statistical skills combined with a problem‑solving mindset

  • Ability to work at both strategic (macro) and operational (micro) levels and translate analysis into practical recommendations

  • Experience with data visualization and transformation tools (e.g. Power BI); knowledge of Workday and PRISM is a strong advantage

  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship‑building, and consulting skills with a customer‑centric approach

  • High level of autonomy, initiative, and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement through data‑driven solutions

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Management, Analytics, or Information Systems
