About this Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABPs) and Hiring Managers. The role focuses on coordination, system administration, reporting, and adherence to defined recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and consistent hiring experience across supported business areas.
What you’ll do
- Provide administrative and operational support across the recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support communication between candidates, TABPs, and Hiring Managers
- Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy data within recruitment systems
- Support offer administration and documentation processes
- Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and operational dashboards
- Ensure recruitment activities follow agreed SOPs, SLAs, and internal guidelines
- Act as a first point of contact for operational recruitment queries
- Support data quality checks, audits, and system updates
- Assist with onboarding coordination activities where required
Who you are
- You have 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or an administrative support role
- You are highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working with systems and data
- You communicate clearly and professionally with multiple stakeholders
- You are able to manage multiple priorities in a structured and process‑driven environment
- Experience working with ticketing systems (SOPs) and SuccessFactors (SF) is an advantage
- Proficiency in German (C1 preferred) and English is essential
